We are excited to bring you a major release of Multilogin 5.5 Unity STABLE. As you might have read from previous beta release announcements, this long-awaited new version includes some major Teamwork 2.0 features. We have listened to your feedback and have taken working in a team to a whole new level.

So what’s changed? Let’s get right into it.

Sub-accounts have been replaced with team members

One of the many improvements we announced last year is that existing sub-accounts have been replaced with team members, which will add many new opportunities to working in a team. This means that sub-accounts will no longer work in 5.5 or later versions.

The new team members feature means that users can invite other team members to their subscription plan and share groups of profiles from the application interface. The number of how many team members can be invited depends on the main account’s subscription plan and member seat limits:

  • Team plan includes 3 team member seats plus 1 main account, suitable for a team of up to 4 people
  • Scale plan includes 7 team members seats plus 1 main account, suitable for a team of up to 8 people
  • Additional team member seats are available for Team, Scale, and Custom plan users for €30/member seat/month

Team member seats bring new features

Compared to former additional sub-account pricing of €20 per month, the new team member seats offer you much more value for collaborating with others.

Now users can:

  1. Share entire groups of profiles to your team members, virtual assistants, and business partners
  2. Assign different permissions to groups of profiles (“Launch only” or “Launch, edit and create”)
  3. Team members can be permitted to create profiles within the main account limit
  4. Add and invite a team member from the interface
  5. Manage groups better
  6. Assign profiles to groups in the browser profile creation step
  7. Transfer browser profiles to other Multilogin users one by one or in bulk
